GPS Tracking Device Placed on Vehicle Ruled Unconstitutional by U.S. Supreme Court

The United States Supreme Court has issued a ruling on the use of GPS (Global-Positioning-System) device and the resulting convictions. The Court ruled that it was unconstitutional for the police violated the Constitution when they placed a Global Positioning System tracking device on a suspect’s car and tracked its movements for 28 days.
